We work with an equivalent fuel policy: you receive the vehicle with a certain fuel level and must return it with that same level or higher. The level at pick-up is recorded in your contract, so you always know how much you started with.

The fuel type is shown in the contract and on the vehicle's keyring. It's important to always use the correct one: filling up with the wrong fuel can cause serious damage, and in that case the costs are the driver's responsibility and the insurance cover is voided.

If you return the vehicle with less fuel than it had at pick-up, you'll be charged for the missing fuel plus a handling fee of €20.

AdBlue: some diesel vehicles need AdBlue to run properly. If you have to top it up during your rental, we cover it: keep the purchase receipt and we'll refund the full amount. Without the original receipt we can't process the refund.
